Breakfast

It's the time of day everyone looks forward to: breakfast in the mountains! A rich buffet of homemade cakes, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and a wide selection of local products awaits you. You can choose from sweet but also savory delicacies to start your day in the best way.
Lunch
restaurant access: 12.30 - 13.00
Lunch is available only by reservation made by the previous evening.
If you would like the Packed Lunch for your excursions or for the return journey, we ask you to book it by 5:00 PM the previous day.
Dinner
restaurant access: 19.30 - 20.30
It starts with a beautiful buffet of appetizers and seasonal vegetables from our land. Then, the kitchen offers a choice of 4 first courses and 4 main courses served at the table, followed by a homemade dessert. Among the options, there are always Trentino specialties and some vegetarian dishes.
One evening a week, we organize an exclusive Trentino dinner accompanied by live music.
Ours is a conscious catering that adheres to the "Ecoristorazione Trentino" initiative, aimed at encouraging tourist activities to make responsible environmental protection choices. Our cuisine favors km0 products from the short supply chain of Trentino and organic foods that respect the earth.
